1. AÇAÍ Bowl

Ingredients –

  • 2 Cups of frozen mixed berries
  • 1 Banana preferably frozen
  • ¾ cup apple juice
  • ½ cup coconut yogurt or Soya yogurt
  • 150 g frozen AÇAÍ puree or 1 tbsp AÇAÍ powder

Toppings –

  • ¼ cup chopped strawberries
  • 1 banana chopped
  • ¼ cup granola
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

Preparation –

Toss banana, mixed berries, apple juice, coconut yogurt and frozen AÇAÍ puree into a blender. Blend well to make smooth thick creamy texture. Scoop into bowls and top with chopped strawberries, banana, granola, coconut flakes and peanut butter per your taste. You can opt in for other ingredients also to suit your taste. Serve fresh and enjoy the healthy AÇAÍ bowl.

2. Cacao AÇAÍ Bowl

Ingredients –

  • 1 Frozen banana
  • 1tbsp Cacao powder
  • 150 g frozen AÇAÍ puree or 1 tbsp AÇAÍ powder
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 dates (unseeded)

Toppings –

  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries
  • Strawberries
  • Sliced banana
  • Peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes

Preparation –

To a blender, add the frozen banana, Cacao powder, powder or puree, milk, and dates. Blend well to get a thick consistency. Transfer it to a bowl and top it beautifully with the nicely sliced berries, banana, peanut butter, chia seeds and coconut flakes.
