To a blender or food processor, add the dates, cashew butter, coconut oil and maple syrup. Blend it well to make a thick paste. To a bowl, add the oats, shredded coconut, blueberries, and AÇAÍ puree. Mix it well so that the ingredients are spread even. To the mixture, add the thick paste and blend nicely. Since the paste is going to be sticky, you may use your hands to incorporate the paste evenly throughout the mixture.
